NIRO ("ナイロ", pronounced "Nairo") (National Intelligence and Research Organization) is an anti-Kageyashi/Shadow Soul organization in Akiba's Trip. It works through boots-on-the-ground investigators, who form small cells and attempt to root out the invisible dissidents planning to rise against their food supply.
